How To Extract the Flower only from given Photographic Image

Hello friends to i am going to show you how to extract a Flower using Adobe Photoshop from the given Photographic image. See i am going to use this image given below.


Before getting started on how to do this ? I think you all are familiar with the Tools Palette. If you are not familiar with the Tools Palette. Read our previous article on Getting around Adobe Photoshop.

How To Extract the Flower only from given Photographic Image

• Open Adobe Photoshop (Any version)
• Go to File –> Open -> Choose a file (Any image of Flower which you like) and open it.
• Select the flower from the image using the lasso tool (You can also use Magnetic Lasso Tool for selecting only flower ).
• Go to Edit –> Copy –> Again go to File –> New –> Give height 500 and width 500.
• Choose appropriate background and foreground colour from the tool bar.

• Go to Edit –> Fill --> Under use select background colour –-> Ok.
• Go to Edit --> Paste.
