Enabling Google+ Comments for Custom Blogger Templates

Our Previous post on Google+ comments was to enable for default template styles from blogger. After Google has updated Blogger with Google+ comments and this commenting system was bit like comments system on Facebook so i was so excited to see Google+ comments in my blog. But Unfortunately, Google+ comments cannot be enabled in for Custom Blogger Templates. To add Google+ comments in your blog you have enable it as well as to edit some codes in your blogger template. And to Edit your template Blogger’s New HTML Editor made it easy to do. So please read and follow my instructions carefully.

Enabling Google+ Comments for Custom Blogger Templates

• Go to Blogger.com.
• Login into your Blogger Dashboard.
• Then Go to Google+ option (in the right side) –> Then just “Use Google+ Comments on this blog”tick the option with is highlighted in Black color.

Note : Before Editing your Blogger template laern How to Backup/Restore it.

• Then go to Template –> Edit HTML and find for this peace of code given below using Ctrl + F.

Important Note : If you find <b:if cond='data:post.showThreadedComments'>  code more than once, then you have add the code before all these codes <b:ifcond='data:post.showThreadedComments'> .
